Terms and Conditions/Returns Policy:
Gecko Software provides free evaluation copies of our
software so that our customers might assess the products
prior to making a purchase.
Packaged Software
Upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer
refunds on CD-ROM or Internet download versions of Gecko
Software Contact Manager. We ask that all customers
please make use of the fact that Gecko Software’s
products are made available for free trials, during
which you are allowed to examine and evaluate our
software products prior to purchase.
In the event that your software is delivered on damaged
or defective media, Gecko Software will send replacement
media.
Downloaded Software
Due to the nature of our products, and our inability to
determine copyright and piracy, it is our policy not to
provide refunds for software downloaded from our
website. If the product was not properly delivered via
download, Gecko will also make available additional
means of obtaining our software on CD.
If you do not receive your product or if it does not
work as indicated, please contact us immediately at:

is available at
http://help.geckosoftware.com to assist you with the
installation and configuration of all Gecko Software
products.
